Strategy’s STRC Touches $100 for First Time Since May, Potentially Reopening Bitcoin Funding Strategy’s perpetual preferred stock STRC briefly touched $100 on November 4 for the first time since May, reaching the minimum price at which the company currently intends to issue new shares under its at-the-market (ATM) program. Strategy repurchased approximately $2.25 billion worth of STRC between July and November 1. SEC filings show that the company used $5.46 billion in net proceeds from STRC ATM sales to purchase Bitcoin in Q2 2026 but made no STRC ATM sales in Q3. With $17.51 billion remaining available under the program as of November 1, the return to $100 could pave the way for renewed STRC issuance to fund Bitcoin purchases, although the latest filing reported no new STRC sales.
